We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product in new unwashed, unworn condition.

Need to Return a product?

To return a product, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us by email: TShirtMud@excite.com or by phone at 763-413-1187 during business hours of 9am-5pm CST.

Returns without an RMA number will be accessed a 25% restocking charge deducted from the amount of the refund. As long as you've contacted us for an RMA# there will not be a restocking charge.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

Customer name
Order number
Reason for return

We accepts returns on merchandise within 15 days in new, unwashed, unused condition.

Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise less the original shipping charges. If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge or partial shipping charge we incurred on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. If the problem is our fault (defective item or wrong size of item sent), we will refund your shipping to us and pay shipping back to you on the replacement.

We do recommend that you return products to us insured with delivery confirmation. The United States Postal Service will insure your package to guard against loss. Once the item is shipped, if something happens in transit and we don't receive your return we will be unable to issue you a refund.
